Ten years ago, I started in tech as an Account Management intern.
In 2018, I switched to Customer Success — and it’s been my obsession ever since.
My mission has always been simple: make every SaaS company I work with profitable by turning Customer Success into a real revenue engine.
Before launching AI CS HUB, I served as Chief Customer Officer at PeopleForce and Head of CS at 3DLOOK, leading global teams across the US, UK, Europe, and LATAM. I scaled CS from 3 to 35 people, maintained 98% GRR, and achieved 110%+ NRR.
In 2025, I asked myself a question:
“Why help one company scale, when I could help hundreds fix their post-sale chaos?”
